Our 2020 Pledge

Covid-19 Response: 

​

Families are in desperate need of food that they can no longer afford to purchase. 

one food hamper costs FJD 140 or AUD 100 or USD 63 and feeds a family for 1 month.

 

In May 2020 individuals all over the world will walk or run 100km/ 63mi to raise funds for hampers.

Not only will we be raising funds to provide for the families in need but also doing something positive for our own physical and mental health.

Post Covid-19 we will return to our original pledge which will extend into 2021:

​

Sponsor 3 high school Koroipita graduates through Rosie Academy and a hotel attachment program in partnership with First Landing Beach Resort and Villas, Lautoka, Fiji.

​

Facilitate 2 volunteering trips to Lautoka to improve housing, building much needed security grills, educate residents on the tourism industry and much more.

​

Significant fundraising effort to contribute to much needed land that will expand the township to provide housing for more families in need.
